First Officer – Multi‑Type Business Jet Fleet

🧭 What you’ll do

• Partner with the Captain to plan and execute safe, efficient flights across domestic, long-haul, overwater, and international routes.
• Conduct thorough preflight duties: performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel/alternates, weather/NOTAM review, and route optimization.
• Operate advanced avionics and FMS with precision; adhere to SOPs, checklists, and robust CRM at all times.
• Deliver discreet, anticipatory guest service for high-profile clients while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services to ensure on-time performance and mission readiness.
• Uphold the highest safety and compliance standards under FAA and international regulations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Multi-engine: 500 hours
• International experience: Prior experience with overwater, long-haul, international missions
• Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)
• Passport: Valid; eligible to travel internationally without restrictions
• FCC: Federal Communications Commission Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Service excellence: Proven experience delivering prestigious, VIP-level guest service with strict discretion and confidentiality
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills
• COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Preferred

• Current type rating in the applied aircraft (highly desired but not required)

📍 Residency & base area

• Residency: Must reside in, or within two hours of: SNA, VNY, BUR, LAX, ONT, LGB, SAN, OAK, SFO, SJC, PDX, SEA, PHX, ABQ, LAS, RNO, DEN, DAL, DFW, AUS, DSM, IAH, HOU, PBI, FLL, MIA, TPA, MCO, ORD, PWK, ATL, GSO, CLT, TEB, LGA, EWR, JFK, BOS
• Preference: Candidates living in LAS are highly preferred

• Accepted licenses: FAA only
• Training: NTR role; full training and type rating provided as needed
• Standards: Strict adherence to company SOPs and all applicable FAA/international regulations
