🧭 The Opportunity

As a First Officer, you will operate across a variety of aircraft types within a structured, safety-first operation. You will collaborate closely with the Captain and flight ops teams to deliver punctual, compliant, and passenger-focused flights while sharpening your multi-crew leadership skills for future command opportunities.

🧰 What You’ll Do

Execute all flight phases in accordance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
Monitor flight progress, systems, and fuel; communicate effectively with ATC and ground operations.
Apply disciplined CRM, checklist discipline, and threat/error management.
Champion a just culture and continuous improvement in safety and compliance.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

License: Valid flight crew licence issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (CAD RS)
Ratings: Frozen ATPL, IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
PIC Time: Minimum 100 hours
Education: High school diploma
Safety Record: No incidents/accidents certificate
Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
Accepted Licences: CAD RS only
