As a First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations across multiple turbine aircraft types. You’ll work alongside experienced Captains, sharpen your IFR skills, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture.

  • Operate turbine aircraft to company SOPs with disciplined IFR execution.
  • Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and professional communications on every leg.
  • Champion a safety‑first mindset, proactive risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver a smooth, punctual operation while enhancing the passenger and stakeholder experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,000 hours
  • Turbine PIC: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • Currency: Successful completion of an FAA instrument proficiency check within the previous 12 months
  • License required: CPL with IR
  • Accepted licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Passport: Valid
  • Driver’s License: Valid
  • NTR: Yes — Non‑Type Rated pilots encouraged to apply
