🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations across multiple turbine aircraft types. You’ll work alongside experienced Captains, sharpen your IFR skills, and contribute to a high‑performance team culture.
- Operate turbine aircraft to company SOPs with disciplined IFR execution.
- Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and professional communications on every leg.
- Champion a safety‑first mindset, proactive risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver a smooth, punctual operation while enhancing the passenger and stakeholder experience.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,000 hours
- Turbine PIC: 500 hours
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Currency: Successful completion of an FAA instrument proficiency check within the previous 12 months
- License required: CPL with IR
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Passport: Valid
- Driver’s License: Valid
- NTR: Yes — Non‑Type Rated pilots encouraged to apply
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
