🧭 About the role
As First Officer, you will operate medium to heavy commercial aircraft within a professional multi-crew environment, delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations across a dynamic network.
- Act as PF/PM in line with SOPs and CRM, upholding the highest safety standards.
- Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations and operational briefings.
- Monitor systems, weather and fuel; identify, brief and mitigate operational threats.
- Collaborate with the Captain, cabin crew and OCC to maintain OTP and service quality.
- Engage fully with initial and recurrent training, checking and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Minimum 500 hours multi-engine.
- Minimum 500 hours turbine.
- At least 500 hours commercial flying time, including experience on a medium to heavy commercial multi-crew, multi-engine jet or turboprop; equivalent military flying experience considered.
- UK CAA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher.
- Right to work, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
