First Officer — Global Express/XRS (BD-700-1A10), VIP Operations

✈️ The Opportunity

Hyperion Aviation is expanding its Global Classic operations and is recruiting an experienced First Officer to join the BD-700-1A10 fleet (Global Express / Global Express XRS). You will operate VIP owner and charter missions across Europe and to destinations beyond, delivering safety, professionalism, operational excellence, and a customer-focused service on every flight.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as First Officer on the Global Express / Global Express XRS within Hyperion’s Global Classic fleet.
• Operate owner and charter flights for VIP clients throughout Europe and on longer-range sectors as required.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, SOP compliance, and a just culture on every mission.
• Support flight planning, performance calculations, FMS and avionics management, and timely turnarounds.
• Demonstrate strong CRM, effective teamwork with the Captain and cabin crew, and clear, professional communication.
• Deliver a refined, discreet, and service-oriented experience to VIP passengers.

🧰 What You Bring

• EASA CPL/IR with ATPL theory credits (fATPL) and a valid Class 1 Medical.
• Current type rating and recent experience on the BD-700-1A10 Global Classic (Global Express / Global Express XRS).
• Minimum 2,000 hours total time, 500 hours jet time, and 200 hours on type.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Proven experience in both owner and charter operations within business aviation.
• Based in Europe, with the flexibility to travel across the region and beyond.

🧪 Compliance & Screening

• Ability to successfully complete Hyperion Aviation’s EASA screening requirements, including psychometric assessment, drug testing, and alcohol testing.
• Eligibility to work and travel within Europe and to international destinations as required by the operation.
