✈️ About the role

As a First Officer, you will operate in a two-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient, and professional flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will support the Captain in all phases of flight, contribute to a strong safety culture, and provide excellent service while representing the airline with professionalism.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance with precision.
  • Operate the aircraft in compliance with SOPs, checklists, and all applicable regulations.
  • Maintain exemplary situational awareness and practice strong CRM at all times.
  • Assist with flight deck documentation, reports, and post-flight duties.
  • Champion a just culture by proactively identifying and reporting safety concerns.

  • Total time: 500 hours
  • License requirement: IATRA or ATPL written
  • Open to license holders: TCCA
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher; must meet Transport Canada standard

🔎 Additional requirements

  • Must have a completed IATRA written in the past two years or ATPL exams written.
  • Must be able to obtain a RAIC.
  • Must hold a current passport at time of hire.
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident without restrictions.
  • If you are a Permanent Resident, you must be able to obtain and maintain crew visa documentation required to operate aircraft within the USA.
  • Must have completed a High School diploma.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is required where permitted by applicable law.
  • Visa sponsorship is not provided.
