🧭 The mission

As a First Officer, you will operate multi‑crew aircraft safely and efficiently while supporting a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

  • Fly jet and/or turboprop aircraft in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and best practices.
  • Execute disciplined CRM, threat and error management, and sound decision‑making alongside the Captain.
  • Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and de/anti‑icing decisions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and on‑time performance.
  • Contribute to training, feedback, and a positive team environment across flight operations.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum 2000 hours total flight time.
  • Valid ATPLTCCA.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
  • No type rating required — comprehensive company training provided.
  • Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not available; you must already have the legal right to work in Canada.

Preferred experience: Commercial or military flight experience, and multi‑crew jet and/or turboprop time.
