As a Sirio First Officer, you’ll help set the benchmark for safety, professionalism, and hospitality in modern business aviation. You will operate within EASA frameworks, support high‑end private and charter missions, and contribute to a culture where every detail matters—on the flight deck and in the cabin.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Support the Captain in all phases of flight planning, performance, and execution in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Deliver a refined in‑flight experience, including proactive passenger care and seamless, concierge‑level service.
• Uphold the highest safety standards: thorough preflight inspections, risk assessment, and disciplined checklist use.
• Champion CRM, TEM, and SOP compliance to ensure consistent, professional operations.
• Maintain aircraft and cabin presentation standards that reflect Sirio’s brand.
• Adapt to a dynamic schedule across client and charter missions, including weekends, nights, holidays, and overnights.
• Represent Sirio with professionalism and discretion at all times.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 1000 hours
• Multi‑Pilot Instrument Time: Minimum 250 hours
• Training: MCC Course certificate or MP Rating on a UK CAA licence
• UPRT: Advanced UPRT, or training/checking within the preceding 3 years in accordance with ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230
• Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 5
• Type Rating: Not required (provided upon successful completion of initial training)
• Open to Licence Holders: UK CAA
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 Desirable Experience

• EASA ATPL and EASA Class 1 Medical desirable (not mandatory).
• 150+ hours PICUS time.
• Prior experience in Commercial Air Transport and/or Corporate/Business Aviation.

🧭 Training & Standards

Employment is conditional on successful completion of Sirio’s Initial Training, including the type rating for the Praetor 600 (EMB‑550). You’ll be supported by experienced trainers and operate within a robust safety and compliance framework aligned to EASA standards.
