🧰 Role Overview

The Co-Pilot (First Officer) on the Embraer ERJ145 is directly responsible to the Commander (Pilot-in-Command) for the safe and efficient execution of assigned duties during all phases of flight. You will assist the Commander with aircraft operation, ensure regulatory and procedural compliance, and be ready to assume command in the absence of the Commander.

  • Support all phases of flight from preflight planning and briefing to shutdown and postflight.
  • Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and performance; action checklists and standard calls.
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness and apply effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).
  • Communicate clearly with ATC, operations, and cabin crew to deliver safe, punctual operations.
  • Adhere to company procedures, regulations, and safety management principles at all times.
  • Assist decisively in routine, abnormal, and emergency situations.

📑 Minimum Qualifications
