🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute SOPs, checklists, callouts, and briefings with precision from gate to shutdown.
- Monitor flight progress, performance, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs; advise the Captain with timely, data‑driven inputs.
- Uphold robust CRM and TEM practices to maintain a calm, communicative cockpit.
- Deliver warm, professional interactions with customers and crew, representing the airline with pride.
- Support a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on every sector.

- Current CPL (Commercial Pilot License).
- Disciplined SOP mindset with strong IFR proficiency and situational awareness.

- E170 experience or type rating is a plus; multi‑crew or jet time highly regarded.
