🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute SOPs, checklists, callouts, and briefings with precision from gate to shutdown.
  • Monitor flight progress, performance, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs; advise the Captain with timely, data‑driven inputs.
  • Uphold robust CRM and TEM practices to maintain a calm, communicative cockpit.
  • Deliver warm, professional interactions with customers and crew, representing the airline with pride.
  • Support a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on every sector.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Current CPL (Commercial Pilot License).
  • Disciplined SOP mindset with strong IFR proficiency and situational awareness.
  • Team‑first communication style and sound decision‑making under pressure.
  • E170 experience or type rating is a plus; multi‑crew or jet time highly regarded.
  • Professionalism, resilience, and a safety‑first approach in all phases of flight.
