✈️ The opportunity

As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/190, you will partner closely with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You will apply disciplined airmanship, precise communication, and strong CRM to every sector, representing our professional standards from briefing to shutdown.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Perform thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections within company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Execute all phases of flight in a multi-crew environment, managing checklists, systems monitoring, and precise flight path control.
  • Communicate effectively with ATC and the cabin crew, ensuring clarity and safety at all times.
  • Contribute to decision-making and threat/error management, proactively managing weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks.
  • Champion safety, reporting, and continuous improvement across all operations.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Current Embraer E170/190 type rating.
  • Hold at least one of the following EASA licences: Theoretical ATPL, CPL, or MPL.
  • Valid IR and certificate of completion of the MCC course (or equivalent).
  • Multi-Engine (ME) rating.
  • Flight time:
    • For CPL holders: meet the flight hours required by EASA to obtain a CPL licence.
    • For MPL holders: minimum 70 flight hours, either:
      • All as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), or
      • At least 10 hours as PIC plus additional time as PIC under supervision (PICUS).
    • Within those 70 hours for MPL:
      • Minimum 20 hours VFR cross-country as PIC, or at least 10 hours PIC and 10 hours PICUS.
      • Includes one VFR cross-country of at least 540 km (300 NM) with full-stop landings as PIC at two different aerodromes.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Spanish language proficiency at Level 5.
  • Free of criminal records in the last 5 years.
  • Ability to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship.
