🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Embraer E‑Jet (E170/190) as First Officer in full compliance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, on‑time performance and excellent customer experience.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and navigation briefings.
- Execute departures, en‑route, and arrivals under IR and VFR as required, applying strong TEM/CRM skills.
- Complete accurate flight documentation, technical logs, and post‑flight reports.
- Maintain proficiency through training, checking, and continuous improvement in a professional multi‑crew setting.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- EASA licensing pathway: in possession of at least the Theoretical ATPL, or CPL, or MPL, plus a valid IR and a certificate of completion of the MCC course (or equivalent).
- Multi‑Engine (ME) class rating.
- Type rating: valid Embraer E‑Jet E170/190.
- Flight time prerequisites:
- Have the required flight hours to obtain a CPL.
- For MPL holders: minimum 70 flight hours either
- as PIC, or
- at least 10 hours as PIC plus additional time as PICUS to reach 70 hours total.
- Within those 70 hours: at least 20 hours VFR cross‑country as PIC, or at least 10 hours as PIC plus 10 hours as PICUS cross‑country.
- Must include one VFR cross‑country flight of at least 540 km (300 NM) with full‑stop landings as PIC at two different aerodromes.
- Language proficiency: English ICAO ELP Level 4+ and Spanish Level 5.
- EASA Class 1 Medical.
- Be free of criminal records in the last 5 years.
