🧭 The opportunity
As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/190, you will operate to the highest standards of safety and professionalism, working closely with experienced Captains and Cabin Crew. You’ll apply robust SOP discipline, sound decision-making, and excellent CRM to deliver every flight safely and on time.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Valid DGCA CPL with IR and ME.
- Current Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
- FRTOL/RTR.
- Minimum 250+ total flight hours.
- Strong commitment to safety, CRM, and teamwork.
🌟 Preferred profile
- 50+ hours on multi‑engine aircraft.
- Type‑rated experience on the Embraer 170/190 family.
- ATPL theory credits or ATPL in progress.
🧰 Training and development
Successful candidates will receive a structured E‑Jet program, including aircraft‑specific ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line training to ensure a confident transition to E170/190 operations.
