First Officer – Embraer E‑Jets (E170/E190) | Training Provided

🧭 The role

As a First Officer on the E170/E190, you will operate regional and short‑haul sectors in a multi‑crew environment, adhering to SOPs, managing flight deck workload, and delivering an excellent passenger experience. You’ll work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to maintain the highest safety and compliance standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 500 hours
• Licences: CPL + IR + ME, or MPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: English and Portuguese; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Education: Completed Higher Education Degree
• Passport: Valid passport
• Open to licence holders: ANAC
• Right to work: Required; visa sponsorship is not provided

Flight time notes: MPL accepted. A valid E‑JETS E1/E2 type rating or recent E‑JETS experience (within the last 3 years) is an advantage.

• Strong CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making in a multi‑crew setting
• Confident communication in English and Portuguese across all phases of flight
• Consistent adherence to SOPs, SMS, and regulatory compliance
• Proactive approach to learning with readiness for type training and line operations

🎓 Training provided

Non‑type‑rated pilots are welcome. Successful candidates will receive company‑provided Embraer E‑Jets type training, including ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line flying to achieve operational readiness.
