Step into the right seat of a CE-525 light jet and help deliver safe, smooth, and service-focused operations. This permanent, non-type-rated opportunity is ideal for a polished professional who excels in cockpit teamwork, proactive decision-making, and memorable customer care.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring disciplined SOP and checklist use from preflight to shutdown.
- Plan and brief flights, including performance, fuel, IFR routing, NOTAMs, weather, alternates, and weight-and-balance.
- Deliver polished, friendly customer service and clear communication with passengers, crew, and ground teams.
- Exercise strong, proactive decision-making and CRM; speak up, manage risk, and maintain a just culture mindset.
- Monitor aircraft systems, automation, and avionics; manage FMS inputs and cross-check data for accuracy.
- Maintain cabin and cockpit safety, security, and comfort; ensure briefings and procedures are consistently followed.
- Complete accurate logs, reports, and post-flight documentation in a timely manner.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and company standards while representing the brand with professionalism.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Minimum 1000 hours total time.
- FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine.
- Current FAA Class 1 Medical.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated, proactive decision-making and strong CRM skills.
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- 30+ hours turbine time.
- CE-525S or CE-525 type rating.
- ATP certificate preferred.
- Previous Part 135 experience.
🧾 Compliance and eligibility
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Current passport.
- Ability to pass a clear pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Non-type-rated candidates are welcome—type training for the CE-525 series is provided. You’ll refine your jet handling, automation management, and CRM in a structured environment designed to set you up for long-term success in the right seat and beyond.
