You’ll join a dedicated Challenger 604 fleet, working closely with Captains, operations, and maintenance to ensure every mission is executed safely, efficiently, and with a client-first mindset. This is an opportunity to build on your technical strengths and collaborate within a high-performance private-aviation environment.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight — planning, execution, and post-flight — adhering to company SOPs and checklists.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance; communicate clearly and proactively to maintain situational awareness.
- Champion a safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement within the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Coordinate with flight dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure punctual, compliant operations.
- Deliver a discreet, client-centric experience in line with Volare’s service standards.
- Participate in recurrent training and proficiency activities to uphold operational excellence.
