✈️ About the Role

As a Challenger 604 First Officer, you’ll support the Captain across all phases of flight to deliver safe, smooth, and discreet corporate travel. You’ll operate to high standards of SOP, CRM, and customer care while representing the flight department with professionalism on every mission.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute flight duties in accordance with company SOPs, regulations, and the Captain’s direction.
  • Participate in thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM review.
  • Ensure top-tier passenger experience with attentive, client-centric service.
  • Contribute to a strong safety culture, practicing disciplined CRM and threat/error management.
  • Support post-flight tasks, documentation, and continuous improvement of flight operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Total Time: 2,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Licences: TCCA with IATRA, IR, and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — full training provided (NTR)
  • Passport: Valid, with no travel restrictions
  • Record: No criminal record (able to pass background checks)
  • Security: Ability to obtain a RAIC
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4

🌟 Preferred Profile

  • Time on type (Challenger 604) or other jet experience.
  • Previous corporate/charter/business aviation experience with refined client service.

🧩 Training & Professional Standards

Type rating is not required. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive, standards-driven training on the Challenger 604 and ongoing recurrent training to maintain operational excellence.
