✈️ About the role

Chartright Air Group is recruiting a full-time First Officer for its Challenger 350 operation based at YQM in Moncton. In this client-focused role, you will partner closely with the Captain and internal coordination teams to deliver safe, efficient flights and an exceptional onboard experience. You’ll blend flight-deck excellence with operational support, customer service, and recurrent training, contributing to a collaborative, safety-driven culture.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 350, working with the Captain to ensure every flight is conducted safely and compliantly.
  • Support daily operational activities during available reserve days to keep missions running smoothly.
  • Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to align operational and service requirements.
  • Deliver attentive, professional customer service to enhance the client experience on every trip.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to strengthen teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Complete monthly training courses and perform other duties as required.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licensing: Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA; Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR; valid Transport Canada Medical; Canadian Radio Telephone Licence.
  • Flight deck proficiency: Hands-on experience with FMS and glass cockpits; strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-planning and calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), and SMS safety practices.
  • Education: University degree or college diploma in Aviation preferred.
  • Strengths: Excellent written and verbal communication; client-service mindset; organization and prioritization; relationship-building; flexible scheduling and teamwork.
  • Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 60 lb.

🧮 Minimum flight time

  • 2,000 hours total time
  • 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
  • 200 hours multi-engine PIC
