✈️ About the role
As a Citation M2/CJ First Officer, you will support the Captain across all phases of flight while delivering a refined, personalized experience for executive clientele. You will operate in both domestic and international environments, applying sound airmanship, strong CRM, and meticulous attention to detail.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Assist with pre-flight planning, performance, weight & balance, FMS setup, and crew briefings in accordance with company SOPs.
- Execute high-quality flight operations across international routes, coordinating with flight support, handlers, and ATC.
- Uphold executive-level service standards—professional, discreet, and responsive to individual passenger preferences.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company manuals throughout all phases of flight.
- Manage technical logs and post-flight documentation; support efficient turnarounds and on-time performance.
- Contribute to risk management, safety reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 What you bring
- Minimum hours: 250 hours total time.
- Licences: EASA CPL, IR, ME; Medical: Class 1.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided on the Citation M2/CJ series.
- Familiarity with International Operating Procedures and Executive Flight Management.
- Exceptional discretion, communication skills, and a client-first mindset; polished, professional presentation.
- Strong CRM, situational awareness, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to operate on variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Right to work as required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
