Launch your jet career on the Cessna Citation I/I‑SP. As a First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient 14 CFR Part 135 operations while developing advanced turbine skills. Non-type-rated candidates are welcome—we provide full type training.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as SIC on Citation I/I‑SP missions in accordance with company SOPs and Part 135 requirements.
- Execute thorough preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, performance, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
- Champion disciplined checklist use, CRM, and sterile cockpit best practices gate-to-gate.
- Assist with flight releases, aircraft pre/post-flight inspections, and accurate flight/maintenance logs.
- Continuously monitor operational risk, contributing to a proactive safety culture and SMS participation.
- Maintain currency and readiness through recurrent training and proficiency checks.
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience on every leg.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 1,000 hours
- License: FAA CPL
- Medical: First Class
- Meet the requirements of 14 CFR Part 135.243(a)(1) & (c).
- Be (or become) highly knowledgeable of 14 CFR and FAA regulations.
- Acceptable driving record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Zero-tolerance, drug-free company compliance (pre-employment and random testing).
- Residence within 45 minutes of the base airport for reliable dispatch and duty reporting.
- Open to FAA license holders only; visa sponsorship is not available.
🌟 Preferred
- ATP minimums preferred (ATP certificate a plus).
- Previous Part 135 experience preferred.

- Type rating not required; full aircraft training and standardization provided.
- Adherence to duty, rest, and recordkeeping requirements under Part 135.
- Commitment to company SOPs, safety programs, and continuous improvement.
