🧭 The role

As a Business Jet First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and discreet operations across a variety of missions. You will work closely with the Captain and flight department teams to deliver a premium experience while adhering to the highest operational standards.

  • Execute all First Officer duties from preflight planning to postflight debriefs with precision and professionalism.
  • Operate in a multi-crew environment, applying SOPs, CRM, and best-in-class airmanship at all times.
  • Adapt to dynamic schedules typical of business aviation, maintaining a customer-first, safety-driven mindset.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across training, safety reporting, and operational excellence.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Licence: Valid DGCA CPL with IR and Multi-Engine (ME)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Additional: ELP, FRTO, RTR(A)
  • Flight Time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time on multi-engine turbine (turboprop or multi-jet)
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • Turbine: 1,000 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Right to Work: No visa sponsorship available; independent travel/work eligibility required
