Join a safety-led, world-class business aviation team. As First Officer on the Bombardier Global 8000, you will support the PIC/Lead Commander to deliver safe, compliant, and polished operations for discerning corporate passengers across a truly global network.

✈️ Role snapshot

Based in Dubai, UAE, this full-time, rostered position sits within ExecuJet Middle East’s Flight Operations division. You will operate in a corporate/business aviation environment in accordance with company manuals (COM/POM), standard operating procedures, and the civil aviation regulations of the aircraft registry, with a strong focus on safety, flight duty period compliance, and exceptional service.

🧭 What you will do

  • Support the PIC/Lead Commander in all phases of flight to ensure safe, compliant operation in line with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Liaise with the PIC/Lead Commander and passengers when defects or operational issues may affect the schedule, maintaining clear, professional communication.
  • Operate the aircraft in accordance with EJME COM or POM (per aircraft registry), including procedures for Operations, FDP, and Safety.
  • Remain current with company Operational Instructions and Crew Memos, and apply the civil aviation regulations relevant to the aircraft registry.
  • Assist the PIC in verifying airworthiness, documentation, and required paperwork prior to departure.
  • Execute flight duties per SOPs, including aircraft-specific procedures, limitations, and performance.
  • Ensure safe navigation, maintaining a continuous, independent check of position and terrain clearance.
  • Foster a professional onboard environment with strong CRM, prioritizing passenger comfort and safety.
  • Verify passenger travel documents and support the PIC in delivering thorough safety briefings.
  • Report any fault, malfunction, defect, abnormality, event, incident, or accident affecting airworthiness or safety through the correct channels.
  • Comply with all FTL and rest requirements at all times.
  • Verify synchronization of both EFBs prior to flight.

🧰 What you bring

  • ATPL (ICAO) with current type rating.
  • 1,500 hours total time.
  • 1,000 hours multi-engine time.
  • 500 hours jet time.
  • 200 hours time on type.
  • Proven corporate/business aviation experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
