🧭 Your mission
- Partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient operations in accordance with CARs and SMS procedures.
- Lead meticulous preflight planning: weather analysis, airport performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and flight plan calculations.
- Operate advanced avionics, FMS, and glass cockpit systems with sound automation management and hand‑flying proficiency.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, dispatch, and maintenance; complete accurate operational documentation and reports.
- Deliver exceptional, discreet client service from briefing to shutdown, representing the operation with professionalism.
- Support a flexible schedule to meet client and operational needs.
🧰 What you bring
- Canadian Radio Telephone License: Required
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan and fuel calculations, and weight and balance principles.
- Expert knowledge of CARs and practical SMS safety practices.
- A positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication; exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
📜 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Multi‑engine PIC: 500 hours
- Licenses: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — CL30 training provided
- Flight time notes: Hands‑on experience with FMS and glass cockpits
