🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute safe, efficient, and professional flight operations in accordance with CARs, company SOPs, and SMS best practices.
  • Lead thorough flight planning, including performance, routing, alternates, fuel, and W&B, optimizing for client schedules and weather.
  • Apply strong operational decision-making using advanced FMS and glass cockpit systems.
  • Collaborate closely with flight crew, dispatch/ops, and maintenance, fostering a positive, safety-first team culture.
  • Deliver concierge‑level client service onboard while safeguarding comfort, privacy, and mission success.
  • Support flexible scheduling, including weekends/holidays, to meet client needs.

🧰 What you bring

  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Strong grasp of aviation weather, airport/performance calculations, flight planning, fuel planning, and weight & balance.
  • Expert knowledge of the CARs and practical SMS safety practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
  • Positive mindset and collaborative approach with the ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Licences: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
  • Accepted Authority: TCCA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

  • Turbine time.
  • Recent exposure to high‑performance business jet operations.
