Bring your precision flying and client-first mindset to a modern Challenger 300/350 flight deck. As First Officer, you will partner closely with the Captain to deliver safe, seamless journeys while upholding Canadian regulatory excellence and an SMS-driven safety culture. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome—comprehensive CL30 training is provided.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of flight as SIC under PIC authority, adhering to SOPs and CARs.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning: weather analysis, NOTAMs, airport performance, routing, alternates, fuel strategy, and weight & balance.
  • Configure and manage FMS and glass cockpit systems; monitor automation and aircraft performance.
  • Deliver polished, professional client service and represent the flight department with excellence.
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture through SMS practices, briefings, and threat-and-error management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with flight ops, maintenance, and dispatch to keep trips on-time and on-spec.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Licenses: TCCA with IATRA, IR, ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Radio: Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
  • Type rating not required; CL30 training provided upon hire

🔒 Safety & technical proficiency

  • Expert knowledge of the CARs and established SMS safety practices
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight & balance
