🧭 Your mission
- Operate the 737NG in strict accordance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight with exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
- Plan, brief, and execute flights focusing on safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.
- Champion a just culture by reporting hazards and contributing to continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Time on type: Minimum 500 hours on the Boeing 737NG family.
- Type rating: Current and valid 737NG type rating.
- Licenses: Valid CPL with IR and ME.
- License authorities: EASA or DGCA (Turkey) license holders.
- Medical: Current Class 1 medical.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Civil aviation experience: Minimum 1 year.
- Safety record: No history of accidents or incidents.
🌟 Preferred profile
- Currency: Actively flying the 737 within the last 12 months.
- Strong technical knowledge of 737NG systems and performance.
- Proven CRM, leadership, and clear communication in multi-crew jet operations.
