🧭 Your mission
As a B737NG First Officer, you will help deliver safe, efficient, and customer-centric operations across a multi-crew environment.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Support the Captain with effective, timely decision-making and high-quality threat & error management.
- Champion a safety-first culture through disciplined checklist use and proactive SMS participation.
- Collaborate across cabin and ground teams to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
- Role-model professionalism while mentoring and positively influencing others on the team.

- Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent).
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Multi-Pilot Time: 1,500+ hours
- In-Type (B737NG/EFIS): 500+ hours
- Currency: Endorsed on B737-300 to -900 (NG/EFIS) within the last 24 months
- Type Rating: Required
- License: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4+
- Visa Sponsorship: Provided
