  • Execute all phases of flight to company SOPs, aircraft manuals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Employ exemplary CRM, communication, and teamwork to enhance safety and performance.
  • Champion a customer‑first mindset while maintaining operational discipline and efficiency.
  • Model a calm, can‑do attitude; adapt quickly to change and support time‑critical decisions.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • In type: 500 hours on Boeing 737
  • Multi-Pilot: 1,500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Boeing 737)
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Currency: B737-300 to -900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months
