🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1500 hours (or 800 hours total for military-trained pilots)
- Multi-engine: 500 hours
- Multi-crew, multi-engine: Minimum 500 hours
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Licences accepted: EASA only

- Background check: No criminal record and able to pass a 5-year security check
- Right to work: Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region
- Passport: Unrestricted
- Sponsorship: Not provided
- NTR: Yes — no current B737 type rating required
