✈️ The mission

As a Super King Air First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and on‑time operations across all phases of flight while upholding the highest professional standards and crew coordination.

Execute flight planning, performance, mass & balance, and fuel calculations in coordination with the Captain.
Adhere to SOPs and checklists; monitor aircraft systems and flight path, communicating proactively via effective CRM.
Manage normal and non‑normal procedures with composure and sound judgement.
Contribute to a strong safety culture through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.
Represent the company professionally with crews, operations, and customers on the ground and in flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Licences & training: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
Medical: EASA Class 1.
Languages: German ICAO Level 6; English ELP Level 4 or higher.
Security: Valid security clearance in accordance with §7 LuftSiG.
IT literacy: Confident use of MS Office.
Personal attributes: High physical and mental resilience; strong sense of responsibility and reliability; excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
Mindset: Good technical understanding with analytical thinking and a safety‑first attitude.
Right to work: Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship.
