✈️ The mission
As a Super King Air First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and on‑time operations across all phases of flight while upholding the highest professional standards and crew coordination.
- Execute flight planning, performance, mass & balance, and fuel calculations in coordination with the Captain.
- Adhere to SOPs and checklists; monitor aircraft systems and flight path, communicating proactively via effective CRM.
- Manage normal and non‑normal procedures with composure and sound judgement.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company professionally with crews, operations, and customers on the ground and in flight.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licences & training: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- Languages: German ICAO Level 6; English ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Security: Valid security clearance in accordance with §7 LuftSiG.
- IT literacy: Confident use of MS Office.
- Personal attributes: High physical and mental resilience; strong sense of responsibility and reliability; excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Mindset: Good technical understanding with analytical thinking and a safety‑first attitude.
- Right to work: Able to work without employer‑provided visa sponsorship.
