First Officer – A320 Family (Junior | NTR, Training Provided)

Bring your skills, discipline, and passion for commercial aviation to a high-performing flight deck. If you hold a PCAA license and meet the time requirements, we will provide the A320 Family training you need to accelerate your airline career.
🧭 The opportunity
As a Junior First Officer on the A320 Family, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, execute safe and efficient flights under company SOPs, and learn from experienced Captains and Training Pilots. This is a hands-on role designed to fast-track your development on one of the world’s most popular narrow-body fleets.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1000 hours
- Flight time (meet one):
- Minimum 200 hrs as an airline pilot; or
- Minimum 200 hrs as P1 on multi-engine/jet aircraft; or
- Minimum 200 hrs as P2 on multi-crew cockpit (MCC) aircraft
- Licensing: CPL, IR, ME — PCAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4

🌟 What you will do
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in a multi-crew environment.
- Operate FMS and avionics to optimize flight safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort.
- Collaborate closely with cabin crew, dispatch, and ATC to maintain on-time performance and service excellence.
- Embrace a strong safety culture through continuous learning, CRM, and disciplined checklist usage.
🎓 Training and onboarding
Non-type-rated candidates are welcome. Comprehensive A320 Family training is provided and may include ground school, fixed-base/full-flight simulator sessions, and supervised line training. You will be supported by training captains and instructors focused on your progression to full line proficiency.
