Falcon 900EX Captain (Pilot in Command) – Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

✈️ The Opportunity

Join Jet Linx as the Pilot in Command of a large-cabin Falcon 900EX, leading safe, efficient operations across Part 91 and Part 135 missions. Based in the Minneapolis / Eden Prairie area, you’ll be the face of our flight department, exercising sound judgment, exceptional airmanship, and proactive decision-making on every leg.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Exercise PIC authority to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company policy and applicable CFRs.
• Maintain seamless communication for standby assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre/post-flight reporting.
• Oversee EFB hardware/apps; ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.
• Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making and uphold Jet Linx core values in all interactions.
• Work primarily in and around aircraft/terminals; safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.

🧰 Minimum Flight Experience

• Total time: 3,500 hours
• PIC: 2,000 hours
• Multi-engine: 1,500 hours (500 hours multi-engine PIC)
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Falcon 900EX (in type): 250 hours total / 250 hours PIC

Preferred: Initial or recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

🌐 Certifications & Clearances

• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) — hold or be able to obtain.
• Current First Class Medical.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Current passport; unrestricted ability to travel to EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
• Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Ability to pass an FAA Pilot Records Database (PRD) review.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operationally required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

📍 Base & Lifestyle

• Residence within a 2-hour call-out of base is required (or willingness to relocate).
