Airshare is hiring a skilled Falcon 900C First Officer to support complex, fast-moving private-aviation operations from Waukegan, Illinois. 🧭 Your mission
Serve as Second-in-Command on a managed Falcon 900C, partnering closely with the Captain and support teams to execute owner flights with precision, professionalism, and care.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the Falcon 900C as SIC, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency on every leg.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, W&B, weather, and NOTAM reviews.
- Adhere to SOPs and checklists; execute strong CRM and clear cockpit communication.
- Support FMS programming, ATC communications, and in-flight decision-making.
- Deliver a polished owner experience, representing Airshare with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate seamlessly with fellow crew, dispatch, and maintenance for on-time, reliable operations.
- Contribute ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and service as the business scales.
🎯 What you’ll bring
- Total Time: 2,000+ hours.
- Jet Time: 500+ hours SIC.
- Recent corporate flying experience (required).
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Residence within one hour of Waukegan, IL (Chicago area) and within one hour of the assigned base.
- Falcon 900 type rating and current status strongly preferred (not mandatory).
🛡️ Licenses & currency
- Medical: FAA First Class Medical.
- Certificate: ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted).
- Meets all currency requirements for instrument flight time and night landings.
- Successful completion of an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category.
