Airshare is hiring a Falcon 900C Captain to lead safe, efficient, and polished operations for a managed aircraft based in Waukegan, Illinois. As Pilot in Command, you’ll partner closely with a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional owner experiences, oversee complex flight operations, and represent Airshare with the highest level of professionalism. Candidates must reside within one hour of the assigned base.
✈️ The Opportunity
Lead as the PIC on a Falcon 900C in a dynamic, owner-focused environment. You’ll manage all facets of complex operations, uphold the highest safety and service standards, and bring innovation to help Airshare meet growing business demands efficiently and safely.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Act as Pilot in Command on the Falcon 900C, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
- Coordinate closely with fellow crew members to deliver smooth, efficient transportation for aircraft owners.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of complex, dynamic flight operations.
- Represent Airshare professionally with owners, partners, and vendors.
- Apply innovation and sound judgment to optimize safety, service, and operational efficiency.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Recent corporate flying experience (required).
- Strong crew coordination, communication, and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Residence within one hour of Waukegan, IL (UGN) or the assigned base.
🧑✈️ Minimum Flight Experience
- Total Time: 4,000+ hours
- Jet Time: 500+ hours as Second-in-Command
- Falcon 900C type currency strongly preferred.
📜 Certifications & Currency
- ATP (Restricted or Unrestricted) and a valid First Class Medical.
- Meets all applicable instrument-flight and night-landing currency requirements.
- Ability to pass an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category.
📍 Base & Lifestyle
- Primary base: Waukegan, Illinois (UGN).
- Must live within one hour of the assigned base.
