Falcon 900 Captain – KSJC Area (Type-Rated)

Lead safe, polished operations as Captain on a Falcon 900 in a permanent role. We are seeking a type-rated professional who thrives in dynamic, on-call operations and maintains the highest standards of airmanship, judgment, and customer service.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type Rating: Required (Falcon 900)
  • Schedule: On-call
  • Location: Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KSJC, or willing to relocate
  • Training: Complete ICAO International procedures annually

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the highest levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism on every leg.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights in accordance with company SOPs, ICAO procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, and risk assessments.
  • Lead the crew, mentor the SIC, and coordinate closely with maintenance and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness.
  • Maintain currency, training records, and documentation consistent with company and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with discretion, situational awareness, and service excellence.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,500 hours
  • In type: 250 hours (Falcon 900)
  • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • Time in turbojet: 500 hours
  • Instrument time: 250 hours
  • License required: ATP
  • Open to license holders: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Required

  • Willing to work on an on-call basis
  • Complete annual ICAO International procedures training
  • Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KSJC, or willingness to relocate
