Our rapidly growing flight department is expanding. We’re seeking a type-rated Falcon 7X/8X First Officer to join us on a permanent basis, flying a world-class aircraft while upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism.

🧭 Your Mission

Support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
Execute flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel planning in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Operate the Falcon 7X/8X avionics and FMS with precision, maintaining outstanding situational awareness and CRM.
Deliver a premium passenger experience with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Champion a just culture of safety, reporting, and continuous improvement across all missions.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

Current type rating on the Dassault Falcon 7X and/or 8X.
1,000+ hours total jet time.
Valid CPL with IR and ME privileges.
EASA or FAA licence holders welcome.
Class 1 Medical; ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
Clean, verifiable safety record with no disqualifying accidents or incidents.
Able to pass background/security vetting with no disqualifying criminal history or security restrictions.
Willingness to operate across varied schedules and international routes as operationally required.

🌟 Nice To Have

Time on the Falcon 8X and recent international/oceanic (RVSM/RNP/CPDLC) experience.
Strong FMS proficiency and evidence-based training/LOFT exposure.
Additional language skills and excellent passenger service ethos.
