Falcon 7X/8X First Officer — Geneva-Based (EASA)

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1000 hours
• Multi-pilot time: 500 hours
• License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required — Falcon 7X/8X training provided
• Accepted licenses: EASA
• Right to work: EU or Swiss citizen (visa sponsorship not provided)
• Residence: Living close to Geneva or willing to relocate; this is not a commuting contract
• Language requirement: English and French

NTR candidates are welcome — comprehensive training provided.

• Operate the Falcon 7X/8X as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Support flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM review.
• Deliver a safe, discreet, and guest-focused experience throughout all phases of flight.
• Champion CRM, Threat and Error Management, and a just culture on the flight deck.
• Carry out pre- and post-flight duties, documentation, and navigation database updates.
• Engage in recurrent training and standardization to uphold operational excellence.
