Step into the left seat of a world-class Dassault Falcon 7X/8X on a permanent contract. We’re seeking a polished, safety-driven Captain who is fluent in French and English, eager to base in Geneva, and ready to lead multi-crew operations across an international network. No current type rating? Training is provided.

🧭 The Mission

As Captain on the Dassault Falcon 7X/8X, you will command safe, efficient multi-crew operations while delivering an impeccable onboard experience. You’ll champion SOPs and CRM, collaborate closely with your crew and ground teams, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism on every sector.

  • Lead flight operations under EASA regulations with an unwavering safety mindset.
  • Execute thorough flight planning and decision-making in dynamic international environments.
  • Maintain exemplary communication and crew coordination, fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Represent the operator with discretion and exceptional customer service at all times.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • License: Valid ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Jet PIC: 500 hours
  • Multi-pilot: 3,000 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Languages: Fluent French and English; ICAO ELP level 4
  • Citizenship/Right to Work: EU or Swiss citizen (no visa sponsorship)
  • Location: Living near Geneva or willing to relocate; not a commuting contract

🌟 Preferred

  • Current or recent Falcon 7X/8X type rating (considered an asset)

We offer a structured path to the Falcon 7X/8X with type rating training provided for suitable candidates, followed by ongoing recurrent training to keep you sharp and mission-ready.

🏠 Geneva Base & Lifestyle

This is a Geneva-based, non-commuting position. Proximity to base supports operational readiness, strong team integration, and consistent service excellence. Candidates should already live near Geneva or be prepared to relocate.
