Falcon 7X/8X Captain
Take command of a long-range, large-cabin Falcon 7X/8X based in Lugano. This is a permanent, local role with NTR—no Falcon type rating required, training provided for the right EASA ATPL captain. If you are fluent in Italian and English and ready to put down roots in Ticino, we would like to hear from you.
Relocation to the Lugano area is required; this is not a commuting contract.
✈️ The Opportunity
As Falcon 7X/8X Captain, you will deliver safe, polished operations to exacting standards while representing a professional flight department. You will fly a modern, long-range trijet, lead by example in the flight deck, and contribute to a culture of safety, discretion, and exemplary customer service.
🧭 Where You’ll Be Based
- Home base: Lugano, Ticino (Switzerland)
- Relocation: Live close to Lugano or be willing to permanently relocate
- Commuting: Not permitted
- Citizenship: EU or Swiss citizen only (visa sponsorship is not provided)
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Total time: Minimum 3,000 hours
- Jet PIC: Minimum 500 hours
- Large-cabin bizjet PIC: Minimum 500 hours on large business jets
- Licence: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English
- Type rating: Not required — company training provided (NTR)
🌟 Preferred
- Current Falcon 7X/8X type rating (considered an asset)
🎓 Training & Onboarding
Selected captains without a Falcon endorsement will complete a company-provided Falcon 7X/8X type rating and structured induction, including ground school, simulator, and line training to company SOPs.
