Falcon 7X/8X Captain – Global Operations

As Falcon 7X/8X Captain, you’ll serve as PIC on worldwide missions, partnering with flight operations, maintenance, and client services to deliver an exceptional, safety-first travel experience. You’ll exercise sound judgment, champion CRM, and represent the flight department with professionalism and discretion.

• Act as PIC on Falcon 7X/8X for global, multi-leg operations.
• Plan and execute flights: performance, fuel, route, weather, alternates, and international procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Lead flight deck CRM, mentoring crewmembers and supporting a just culture.
• Coordinate aircraft readiness with dispatch and maintenance to maximize safety and reliability.
• Deliver exceptional passenger care while safeguarding privacy and security.
• Maintain meticulous records, currency, and training standards.

• Total Time: 3,500 hours
• PIC: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• Night: 100 hours
• Instrument: 75 hours (actual or simulated)
• Experience: 5 years of aviation experience
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required; company-provided Falcon 7X/8X training

• Schedule: Variable schedule aligned to mission needs
• Travel: Extensive worldwide travel with no restrictions

• Comfort working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as missions require
