Falcon 7X/8X Captain – Global Corporate/VIP Operations

🧭 The mission

As Captain, you will exercise full command of Falcon 7X/8X operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service on global corporate/VIP flights. You’ll plan and execute missions with precision, anticipate changes, and lead your crew through varied destinations and schedules with professionalism and discretion.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end flight operations on the Falcon 7X/8X, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience, balancing efficiency, privacy, and discretion on every sector.
• Plan, brief, and adapt to changing routes, slots, weather, and operational constraints typical of ad hoc corporate flying.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, ground handlers, and cabin crew to ensure on-time performance and service excellence.
• Champion disciplined CRM, SOP adherence, and risk management across all phases of flight.
• Uphold meticulous aircraft care, documentation, and reporting standards.

🌟 What you’ll bring

• Experience: Minimum 4,000 hours total time with at least 500 hours on type (Falcon 7X/8X). Preferred 5,000+ hours total time.
• Background: Proven Corporate/VIP flight experience across international operations.
• Certification: Valid ATPL (EASA or UK CAA) and Class 1 Medical.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Type rating: Current and valid Falcon 7X/8X type rating.
• Mindset: High energy and drive, with the adaptability and flexibility required for unpredictable, on-demand operations.
• Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
