🧭 The Opportunity

As a Falcon 2000 First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and polished operations while providing an exceptional experience to our clients. You’ll operate with precision across all phases of flight, uphold the highest safety standards, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement as the company grows.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Execute all First Officer duties, supporting the Captain through planning, briefing, and all phases of flight.
  • Manage checklists, FMS programming, performance calculations, and weight & balance with accuracy.
  • Maintain exemplary safety, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver professional, discreet, and service-oriented interactions with passengers and crew.
  • Participate in recurrent training and FAA-compliant proficiency events; complete Falcon 2000 initial if not typed.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges as the operation scales.

🎯 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total Time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • 1,500+ hours Fixed-Wing Total Time
  • 50+ hours Multi-Engine time
  • 500 hours Total Turbine time
  • ATP Certificate
  • Previous Corporate Aviation / Part 135 Charter experience
  • Current type rating on any aircraft within Thrive Aviation’s fleet

📜 Licenses, Certificates & Documents

  • FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Class 1 (First Class) Medical
  • FCC Permit (Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit acceptable)
  • Valid Passport (unexpired)
  • Open to FAA certificate holders

📍 Location & Mobility

  • Live within 2 hours of KLAS or one of Thrive Aviation’s remote crew bases
  • Eligible to fly internationally into any country or jurisdiction without restrictions
