You’ll operate the Falcon 2000 as Second-in-Command on international and domestic missions, applying sound cockpit management and crisp decision-making under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions—while representing the flight department with polish and discretion.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as SIC on Falcon 2000 flights, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Execute thorough preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, weather/NOTAMs, international requirements, and fuel strategy.
- Adhere to FAA regulations and Company policies/SOPs at all times.
- Apply robust CRM and cockpit management; make calm, logical decisions in normal, abnormal, and emergency scenarios.
- Operate confidently in complex airspace and terminal environments using advanced avionics.
- Deliver discreet, high-touch service to executive/VIP passengers; communicate clearly with stakeholders and crew.
- Maintain meticulous records, logs, and regulatory documentation; support continuous improvement and safety reporting.
- Participate in initial, recurrent, and proficiency training to sustain currency and standards.
🌟 What you bring (minimum requirements)
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Turbine time: 500 hours
- License: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Demonstrated adherence to FAA regulations and Company policy/procedures.
- Technical expertise in assigned aircraft; strong systems and procedural knowledge.
- Proven decision-making in normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions; excellent interpersonal skills and professional bearing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on customer needs.
- Primary residence within one-hour driving distance of assigned base of operations (RTX Flight requirement).
- Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.
💼 Preferred profile
- Experience in Corporate/VIP flight operations.
- Proficiency with advanced flight deck avionics; confident in complex airspace and terminal operations.
- Falcon 2000EX-EASy experience.
- Candidates with at least 1,000 hours turbine Pilot-in-Command may be considered for a Captain (PIC) position.
- An Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a minimum of 3,500 hours total time are required to be considered for Captain (PIC) roles.
🧩 Training and development
- Company-provided Falcon 2000 type training for qualified hires (NTR).
- Ongoing recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and safety standards.
- Clear pathway for advancement; high performers who meet experience and certification criteria may progress to Captain.
