🧭 The mission & base
Home base is Marseille (LFML). You will be permanently based here, operating a Falcon 2000 on varied missions across Europe and beyond. Expect a professional environment that prizes safety, discretion, punctuality, and smooth passenger experiences from gate to gate.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Act as Pilot-in-Command on the Falcon 2000, ensuring safe, compliant operations at all times.
- Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
- Exercise sound operational judgment, coordinating seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling.
- Champion CRM, TEM, and SOP adherence; foster a just culture and proactive reporting.
- Deliver a polished, passenger-focused experience with excellent communication in French and English.
- Maintain qualifications, currency, and training standards as required by company and authority.
- Support aircraft care, documentation, and post-flight debriefs to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Minimum requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Fluent French (mandatory) and proficient English.
- Marseille-based: willing and able to reside and operate from Marseille.
- No type rating required; company training provided to type.
- Clean safety record: no history of accidents or incidents.
- Clean background: no criminal record and no security restrictions.
- Existing right to live and work as visa sponsorship is not provided.
🌟 Preferred profile
- Falcon 2000 or Dassault EASy cockpit experience.
- Recent European business aviation experience with strong knowledge of regional ops.
- Proven leadership, passenger service mindset, and meticulous SOP discipline.
