✈️ Role overview

As an F406 Captain, you will operate a reliable, twin‑engine turboprop in diverse operating environments. You’ll prioritize safety, sound judgment, and disciplined airmanship while delivering consistent, professional service during extended deployments across the African continent.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Act as Pilot‑in‑Command on the F406 Caravan II for scheduled and ad hoc missions.
  • Plan and execute flights to company standards, maintaining the highest safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and ground teams to ensure on‑time, efficient turnarounds.
  • Adapt to varying airfields and conditions while upholding excellent CRM and decision‑making.
  • Represent the company professionally during multi‑week African deployments.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,000+ hours
  • PIC time: 500+ hours
  • Multi‑engine: 100+ hours
  • Multi‑Engine PIC: 100+ hours
  • Travel: Willing and able to deploy for 6–12 weeks in Africa

📜 Licenses & compliance

  • CPL + ME: Required
  • Open to: ICAO license holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required — full training provided (NTR)
