🧭 The role at a glance
As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will operate safely and efficiently in a multi-crew environment, uphold company SOPs, and deliver a smooth, professional experience from briefing to shutdown. You’ll train onto type and continue to refine your skills through recurrent training and line operations.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, CRM, and threat-and-error management principles.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
- Monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, communicating clearly with the flight deck and cabin.
- Maintain the highest safety, compliance, and professional standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- EASA fATPL with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Unrestricted Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
- Completely documented training with demonstrated above-average flying skills (provide full and verifiable training records).
- No A320 type rating required; willingness to complete company-provided type training.
- Able to meet right-to-work requirements without visa sponsorship.
