ERJ 135/145 Captain – Executive & Group Charter Operations

🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you will lead from the front—owning flight safety, operational decision-making, and the onboard experience. You will work closely with your crew to deliver punctual, professional, and discreet charter services while representing the brand with confidence and care.

• Exercise full command authority, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance across all phases of flight.
• Plan and execute IFR/airway operations, performance calculations, and fuel strategies tailored to diverse charter profiles.
• Champion SOPs, CRM, and a just culture, mentoring First Officers and supporting continuous improvement.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience, coordinating seamlessly with ground, dispatch, and handling partners.
• Adapt to varied routings and schedules with professionalism and poise.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• PIC Time: 2,000 hours minimum
• Type Rating: Current on EMB-135 / EMB-145 (ERJ family)
• Flight Time Notes: Experience on jet aircraft
• License Required: ATPL
• Accepted Licenses: EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (or higher)
• Base: Open Base
