This permanent role is ideal for an ATP-qualified captain who thrives in an on‑call environment, upholds the highest standards, and is ready to complete annual ICAO international procedures training. No ERJ type rating? No problem — training is provided.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on ERJ‑145 operations, ensuring uncompromising safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead the crew with strong CRM, clear decision‑making, and effective communication with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams.
- Execute domestic and international procedures in accordance with company policies and ICAO standards.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, including successful completion of required training, checks, and annual ICAO recurrent.
- Be available for on‑call operations, adapting to dynamic schedules while maintaining operational readiness.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC: 1,500 hours
- Multi‑Engine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument: 250 hours
- License: ATP (FAA only)
- Medical: First Class
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in aviation
- Residency: Live within 1 hour of Concord, NC, or be willing to relocate

- Current or previous type rating on ERJ‑145 or Embraer Legacy series.
- Part 121/125 or corporate flight experience with strong SOP discipline.
