🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain, you will command a high-performance Embraer Praetor (EMB‑550) / Legacy, delivering safe, smooth and efficient operations across Europe and beyond. You will combine outstanding airmanship with calm leadership, representing the flight department with discretion and professionalism.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Command Praetor/Legacy flights in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs.
• Lead the crew, model exemplary CRM, and cultivate a team-oriented cockpit.
• Own end-to-end flight preparation: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, alternates, and NOTAMs.
• Deliver a consistently polished passenger experience while upholding the highest safety margins.
• Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to protect schedule integrity.
• Maintain meticulous operational and regulatory documentation.

🌟 What You Bring

• Type-rated Captain on Embraer Praetor (EMB-550) / Legacy.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours on type.
• Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Outstanding flying skills, sound judgment, and impeccable situational awareness.
• Unrestricted, valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
• Flexibility for variable schedules; able to work independently and take initiative.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and CRM.
• Home base in Europe (aircraft and pilot).

🧭 Operations & Base

Operations are primarily Europe-based with international sectors as required. You will be home-based in Europe, ensuring readiness and availability to support mission demands while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care.

• Visa sponsorship: Not provided; candidates must have the right to live and work in their European home base.
