🧭 The mission
Lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations as Captain on the Embraer Phenom 300. You’ll set the standard for professional airmanship, mentor crew members, and deliver a seamless experience from preflight planning through postflight debrief — all while upholding an uncompromising safety culture.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Phenom 300 missions, ensuring full regulatory compliance and uncompromised safety.
- Plan and execute flights: performance calculations, fuel planning, weather and NOTAM analysis, and risk assessment.
- Lead crew coordination, conduct thorough briefings, and model professional decision-making in all phases of flight.
- Deliver an elevated passenger experience with discretion, clear communication, and attention to detail.
- Oversee aircraft care standards, documentation, and readiness in partnership with Maintenance and Scheduling.
- Champion SOP adherence and continuous improvement across training, safety, and reliability.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
- Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Passport: Valid, with ability to travel internationally
- Safety: Flawless record with no history of FAA enforcement
- Professionalism: Exceptionally dependable and punctual
- Relocation: Willing to reside within an 80-mile radius of Salisbury, MD
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided

- Embraer Phenom 300 type rating
- Corporate/charter flight experience with strong customer-service instincts

Position is based in the Salisbury, MD area. Relocation within an 80-mile radius is required to support dispatch reliability, training, and team cohesion. Expect a professional, safety-first environment with modern light-jet operations and ongoing training investment.
