🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Embraer Phenom 300, making sound, safety-first decisions throughout the operation.
• Plan and execute flights with strong situational awareness, including weather evaluation and risk management.
• Lead collaboratively, communicate clearly with crew and stakeholders, and uphold a professional passenger experience.
• Manage flight planning, performance calculations, and documentation with meticulous organization.
• Leverage modern avionics and digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 2,500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Ability to work safely under changing weather conditions.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• ATP with Phenom 300 type rating preferred, not required.
• G3000 avionics experience preferred, not required.
