🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on ERJ‑145 flights, operating to company SOPs and all regulatory standards with safety as the non‑negotiable priority.
- Own flight preparation end‑to‑end: performance data, fuel and weight planning, weather review, briefings, checklists, and post‑flight reports.
- Lead effective crew resource management and coordinate seamlessly with Flight Attendants, Ground Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch/Mission Control, and ATC.
- Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions — weather, operational constraints, and schedule changes — preserving safety and operational integrity.
- Champion a warm, professional onboard environment and proactively resolve customer issues to elevate the journey.
- Model a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement on the line and in training.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Multi‑engine: 500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Recent flight time: Minimum 100 hours in the last 12 months
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)

- 3,000+ hours total time
- 1,000+ multi‑engine hours
- Embraer 135/145 time or recent ERJ family experience

🪪 Certifications & Documents

- No FAA violations, accidents, incidents, or suspensions
- No significant training or check ride failures
