As Captain on the Embraer E170/E190, you will lead safe, efficient operations and set the standard for professionalism on every sector. You’ll exercise sound judgment, mentor the crew, and deliver a smooth, customer‑focused experience while operating to the highest compliance and safety standards.
- Command all phases of flight from preflight planning to shutdown, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a high‑performing flight deck: foster teamwork, clear communication, and disciplined decision‑making.
- Manage performance, fuel, and operational threats using evidence‑based safety principles and CRM.
- Uphold a just culture, continuous improvement mindset, and proactive risk management.
🧭 What you bring
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 5 or higher
- Work Rights: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Background: Clean criminal record
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR welcome)
- Experience:
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours, including at least 250 hours as PIC or PICUS; or
- 3,500 total hours with 500 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T; or
- 3,000 total hours with 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW > 16T
