Embraer E‑Jet Captain (E170/E190) – Direct Entry, Permanent

• Command E‑Jet operations safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the flight and cabin crew to deliver an excellent passenger experience.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, decisive leadership, and effective threat and error management.
• Foster a strong safety culture, compliance, and proactive communication on every sector.
• Plan and execute flights with flexibility and autonomy while collaborating seamlessly with operations.

• License: Valid ATPL — EASA
• Medical: Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Languages: Native German or B2 certificate; and/or Native English or B2 certificate
• Passport: Unrestricted
• Background Check: Valid
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Leadership qualities, flexibility, autonomy, teamwork, commitment

• Total Time: 4,000 hours
• PIC Time: 1,000 hours
• Additional: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on aircraft greater 20 (per company criteria)
• Type Rating: Not required — E170/E190 training provided

Home bases at Cologne/Bonn and Rostock in Germany, operating on the Embraer E‑Jet family.
